Shipping & Returns Policy


All ibattz hardware products, including clearance and refurbished products, carry a one-year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Exclusions and limitations

By purchasing at ibattz, whether you place your order online or by telephone, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review ibattz's warranty terms, have done so to the degree you need to be familiar with them, and you accept their terms and conditions, including the limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers in them. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the disclaimers, exclusions or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.

Third-party product

Products sold through the ibattz Online Store that do not bear the ibattz brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with any terms and conditions packaged with the products (unless the third-party product is pre-installed in an ibattz-branded product). ibattz Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not ibattz-branded, even if packaged or sold with ibattz products. Please contact the manufacturer directly for technical support and customer service.

Warranty service

We promise that your product will be defect-free in materials and workmanship. No warranty, expressed or implied, is made regarding any product's merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

What isn't covered

The warranty will not cover product failure because you broke it (any defect or malfunction that is caused as a result of misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, abuse, or use with improper or faulty equipment). It doesn't cover incidental damages. Also, the warranty isn't any good after you open any product that isn't intended to be opened - please don't try and fix anything yourself. ibattz does not warranty or provide service or support for any of the third party products, including, but not limited to iPods.

Repair and replacement

We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship. If your product is no longer being manufactured or is out of stock, we may replace your product with a similar or better product at our option. If you return your product within the first 30 days of purchase, you will receive a new replacement unit. Replacement units that are sent for products that are returned to ibattz after the first 30 days of purchase may be refurbished units of similar cosmetic wear.

ibattz endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current ibattz products. Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of shipping plus any applicable sales tax, handling and shipping charges. ibattz reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on ibattz.com at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that appear on the website.

Shipment date

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. ibattz does not begin payment or shipping processing until ibattz receives all of the information that it needs and full payment or a full authorization, when needed, i.e. in case of credit card. ibattz will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays within the next 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Public holidays.

ibattz generally fulfill orders Monday - Friday. However, orders packed by ibattz on weekends or public holidays are not shipped until the following 2 business days. If you receive an email from us on a weekend or public holiday indicating that your order has shipped, please be aware that it will ship within the next 2 business day. Your order for in-stock items that are eligible for within 2 business days shipping must be received before 11:00 a.m., pending payment processing, for there to be adequate time for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Product availability

ibattz makes every effort to supply you with the products you order, but there may be occasions when ibattz confirms orders but learns that it cannot supply the ordered products, either at all or in the quantities ordered. In those circumstances, ibattz will contact you to inform you and, if you are interested, ibattz may suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. If you do not wish to order alternative products, ibattz will cancel your order for products ibattz cannot supply and for any other products that you no longer wish to order as a result, and will refund your purchase price for those products.

Given the popularity of some products, ibattz may restrict the number of such items that you may purchase. ibattz will post limitations on quantity on the ibattz website or will inform you of product purchase limits at the time it processes your order. ibattz reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time.

Order lead times

ibattz makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided by ibattz at checkout. The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Lead times quoted on the checkout page are for orders where all items are in stock or that can be partially shipped, meaning that items ship as soon as they are available. If you have requested a complete shipment, please add three to four additional days for transportation and order consolidation processing.

Although ibattz makes every effort to ship your order according to the lead-time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply or other considerations. If the lead-time changes, ibattz will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

Online sales to end users only

ibattz online orders are for end-user customers only. You may not purchase for resale. ibattz reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if ibattz suspects you are purchasing for resale.

Proof of purchase

ibattz will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order. If you have not included an email address, you will receive a confirmation of your order by regular mail when your order is shipped.

Payment methods

We take all major credit cards. Visa, MasterCard, through PayPal.

Sales tax

In addition to the price of your purchases, ibattz will charge you applicable sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed.


Shipping orders

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of when the completed order is received and payment is processed, unless you are notified at the time order is placed or receive an email notice, that an item is on "delayed shipping" status. Note: This does not apply to preorders or items that are marketed online as backordered.

Delivery address

A complete and correct delivery address is essential. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. An additional fee may apply if an address change is made while the package is en route. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders.

Shipping fees

All Shipping is subjected to a shipping fee and included in the online price. The shipping fee DOES NOT include any imported tax/duties. All import tax/duties is to be borne by the customer.

Shipping options

To offer you the best possible price and service we strive to work with reputable and reliable delivery agency to handle our deliveries. All orders require a signature for delivery as well as a valid daytime phone number where you can be reached.

Delivery times

If your order is being shipped from ibattz in Singapore, you will get an expected delivery date for each shipping option during checkout within the next 2 business days if order before 11am.

Standard shipping

Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within 3 business days after shipment.

Required signatures

A signature is required for deliveries. Most of ibattz's shipments contain valuable products. If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone who can act as your agent will be available to sign for your package. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery. Please note that for deliveries that require a signature, if you are willing to assume the risks of delivering your order without a signature, you may authorize ibattz to arrange for a delivery that does not require anyone to be at the delivery address. Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to ibattz as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to ibattz, please contact ibattz to make arrangements for reshipment.

Failed delivery attempts

Our appointed delivery agent will makes 2 attempts to deliver a package. After 2 delivery attempts, our delivery agent will return the package to ibattz.

Exchanges and refunds

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price within 30 days of receiving the purchased items. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the matching payment form as tendered at the time of purchase, excluding freight charges. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.


Please carefully read conditions below. If conditions are not met, ibattz reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 20%.

Please note that ibattz does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

  • Product that is custom configured to your specifications, including personalized products

How to return or exchange an item

To return an item you'll need to email support@ibattz.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. ibattz will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. If you have problems or questions, email ibattz at support@ibattz.com

  • Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  • Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If faulty, please specify the defect.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
  • The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received an emailed label from ibattz, please print the label and tape it to the carton.
  • Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries and are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Please allow 2-3 days from date we received the package for us to process your return.
  • If you would like to cancel a pending order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. However, you can return the item for a refund.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid.

Returning or exchanging requirements

  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, documentation, and accessories. The value of any missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. For exchanges, we will exchange only what the customer returns.
  • Faulty items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the equivalent model.
  • Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned.

NOTE: ibattz recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to ibattz or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Non-functioning (NF) Product: Failure Out of the Box

A ibattz-branded hardware product is considered NF if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability, when you first use it after opening the box. If you believe that your product is NF, please email ibattz Technical Support at support@ibattz.com within 10 calendar days of the invoice date. ibattz Technical Support will determine whether the product is NF and offer you the following options:

  • Replacement: ibattz, at its expense, will ship another of the same product. ibattz Technical Support will put you in touch with a ibattz Sales Support Representative who will arrange for replacement and the NF product's return.
  • Service: You may have the product repaired. However, once you choose that option, you may not request replacement of the product.
  • If ibattz Technical Support determines that a returned product is not NF, ibattz will apply ibattz's standard product warranty to the product. Further, if ibattz determines that you have misrepresented a returned product's condition and that the product is not NF, ibattz may impose up to a $50 handling fee.

NF Policy

This NF policy applies only to ibattz-branded hardware products currently offered at the ibattz Online Store. As new products are offered, ibattz reserves the right to determine whether or not this policy applies.

If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any ibattz-branded product, please email ibattz Technical Support at support@ibattz.com. If your product does have a defect, your product is covered under the terms of your product's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product.
